Workshop demonstration & machine selection
Sheet Laser Equipment: Plan Your Workshop and Sample Review
Choosing a sheet laser requires a plan for the whole job: loading material, cutting, removing parts, and passing them to the next operation. Use the workshop footage to frame the discussion, then review a specific catalog configuration against your drawings and installation site.

Turn the demonstration into a buying checklist
Step 1
Match the sheet and part mix
List the material grades, normal and maximum thickness, actual sheet dimensions, and representative part drawings. Include small features, edge-quality needs, and downstream bending or welding requirements.
Step 2
Choose the layout around material flow
Compare enclosed dual-platform, open-bed, and large-format configurations in the catalog. Review loading access, table movement, unloading space, operator routes, extraction, and the full machine footprint with the supplier.
Step 3
Separate machine power from site utilities
Laser output power does not equal total electrical demand. Request the electrical, cooling, extraction, assist-gas, and compressed-air requirements for the exact configuration, then review installation readiness with the qualified people responsible for your site.
Step 4
Validate representative parts before ordering
Ask for samples using your material and drawings. Record edge condition, dross, small features, repeatability, and total job time including handling. Confirm that the demonstrated machine configuration is the one being quoted.
Compare configurations from the current catalog
These descriptions and laser-power options come from the linked product pages. Confirm the exact working range, options, and supplied equipment on your quotation.
